Owner Of Ibari Ogwa Outlet; Mr.Chukwudi Ofoha, spoke on the fire incidence that happened yesterday in his outlet, saying that the fire only affected his security house and was immediately contained before it escalated.

He also pointed out that it was due to the carelessness of his neighbours.
