ROMELU LUKAKU and Marcus Rashford left Man United fans drooling on Thursday night.
The strikers both scored within two minutes to stun City and give Manchester United a 2-0 half-time lead in Houston.
Lukaku followed up his goal against Real Salt Lake by rounding goalkeeper Ederson and firing home from a tight angle in a clinical finish.
Rashford then followed up by sliding home a pass from Henrikh Mkhitaryan to double the Red Devils’ lead at NRG Stadium.
Man United fans on social media lapped it up, with most hailing the £75m capture of Lukaku.
The Belgian joined from Everton this summer when it looked like he would be returning to former club Chelsea.
And on early evidence it looks like United have pulled off a good piece of business in signing Lukaku.
