Manchester United agrees on a loan deal with Valencia on Andreas Pereira

VALENCIA have reached an agreement with Manchester United to bring in Andreas Pereira on loan, according to reports.

The 21-year-old midfielder impressed with Granada last season, and is now set for another spell in La Liga.
He was a key member of Jose Mourinho’s squad in pre-season, but the Portuguese boss will offload him as he cannot guarantee him first team football.

According to Spanish-based journalist Sid Lowe, the Brazilian youth international is on his way to the Mestalla.

Lowe tweeted: “Confirmed that Andreas Pereira is on his way to Valencia.”

He added: “To clarify on Pereira: Valencia have confirmed it (per @carrusel). Loan deal. Could be good for everyone.”

SunSport revealed last week that the United youngster would complete a move to link up with Marcelino Garcaa Toral’s side.

The versatile midfielder was not included in the match-day squad in the wins against West Ham, Swansea City or Leicester City.
Despite suffering relegation with Granada last season, he was one of the shining lights in an otherwise dismal year for the Nazaries.

He netted five times in 37 games in all competitions as he looked to stake his place at Old Trafford, however that isn’t to be the case.

The addition of Nemanja Matic, and the impressive performances of Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan mean he would be limited to cameo appearances in cup competitions.
