Roberto Firmino pockets incredible N41,140,000 bonus (PHOTO)

ROBERTO FIRMINO pocketed an astonishing amount of money after his Boxing Day double against Swansea.
Roberto Firmino has hit 16 goals under Jurgen Klopp this season
The Brazilian was on target along with Philippe Coutinho, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain as Liverpool moved back into the top four.
But while the Reds were celebrating the three points, Firmino would have been celebrating the £85,000 (N41,140,000) bonus he triggered after his 15th and 16th goals of the season.
He has a clause written into his Liverpool contract that means he gets cash incentives to keep him hitting the back of the net.

Mo Salah set up Firmino for a tap-in so easy that he did not even have to look and possibly the easiest £85,000 he will ever make.

The contract shows he earned £25,000 for his first five goals, £45,000 for six to ten and £65,000 from 11 t0 15.
Unfortunately for Firmino, there does not seem to be any further pay hikes but he has already earned a mouthwatering £758,000 in goal bonuses.

And, of course, this is on top of the £68,085-a-week he gets in wages.
But Liverpool will not mind forking out the cash as Firmino continues to develop his deadly partnership with Philippe Coutinho and Mohammed Salah.

Liverpool are now one point above Tottenham and four above Arsenal while they can close the four point gap on Chelsea with a win over Leicester on Saturday.
