"Alexis Sanchez’s future will be revealed in next 48 hours" - Arsene Wenger

ALEXIS SANCHEZ has little more than another 48 hours as an Arsenal player.
Sanchez's Arsenal contract runs out at the end of the season but United will pay £35million to bag their man
Boss Arsene Wenger revealed as much after leaving the Chilean out of the Gunners' dispiriting 2-1 loss at Bournemouth.
He let slip at the end of his press conference the Frenchman let slip that Sanchez - hotly tipped to be heading for Manchester United - will likely be sold on Monday or Tuesday.

It seems United are happy to pay the £35million asking price for Sanchez - out of contract this summer - whilst Manchester City are not.
Arsene Wenger expects Alexis Sanchez to finalise where he is heading by Tuesday
Wenger admitted Sanchez was now on “stand-by” for a transfer.

Wenger said he wanted to pick players who are “completely focused on being at the club”.
"Alexis would have played,” Wenger said. “But it's a difficult period for him.

"He's always been committed until now but he could have moved yesterday, today or not.
"It will be decided in the next 48 hours. It was a bit difficult for him because he was on stand-by, a little bit,
"That's why I decided not to do it. He did not refuse to play.”
