New Dates To Be Fixed For Elections In Some Part Of River

Following the pockets of violence recorded in different parts of the Rivers State, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has decided to postpone the elections in this warring areas and a new date is to be announced for the elections.

The Nation reports that the Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state has been directed to submit situation report to the National headquarters.
